The last home game of Excelsior was their first win of the season. That was
the match against RKC (1-0). It was a very lucky goal (own goal by an RKC
player), and thanks to the 2 red cards for RKC they won. But it's still a
horrible team. In 6 matches they didn't manage to score, they scored only 7
times and conceded 24. That makes excelsior the least scoring team of the
Eredivisie.
AZ is the current top team of the Eredivisie. They might not have the most
expensive players, or the most well-known players, but they certainly have the
best team. The players are not individuals but the team is more like an oiled
machine.
So the first team against the last team with such a different in quality. I
don't mind betting here with a handicap of -1.5. Easy win for AZ.
